Taking an existing brand to the next level

A lot of companies turn to brand agencies for their initial brand creation. Yet, often they feel like the guidelines they get aren't comprehensive enough to cover their wide array of marketing needs. Also, companies, especially agile ones, keep on evolving and changing while their brand remains at a standstill. This is precisely where a design lead comes in.
